Refrigeration Control And Design, Inc. Was established in 1997.  We seen a need for a commercial and industrial service based Refrigeration, HVAC and Control Company in Northern Wisconsin.  Our Company is locally owned and operated in Rhinelander Wisconsin.

All our technicians have years of education in the field of HVAC, Refrigeration and Controls.
